Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery or certain wallet payments, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/mobile wallet at our discretion.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If you need a different model, colour, or variant, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Products covered by manufacturer warranty must be claimed according to the warranty terms included with the product. We can assist with documentation and guidance where applicable.
