Refund & Return Policy

At We Play Naturals, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If something is not right, please review our refund and return policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories
  • You received the wrong item or a defective product
  • The product differs significantly from what was listed on our website

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken seals (e.g. opened screen protectors or hygiene-sensitive items)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents after delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (if marked as non-returnable)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email, phone, or our Contact page.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  3. Include clear photos or video if the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  4. Our team will confirm whether your return is approved and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery or certain wallet payments, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/mobile wallet at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

If you need a different model, colour, or variant, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty Claims

Products covered by manufacturer warranty must be claimed according to the warranty terms included with the product. We can assist with documentation and guidance where applicable.
